Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we conveniently charge your credit card on file the day after service is performed.

What is your One Day Guarantee?
A.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your weekly service, just notify us within one day of that service and we will happily provide a redo.

How do I know when I will be mowed?
A.
We will add you to our route for the day that we service your area and your time and day will remain approximately the same every week.

What if I want to keep my gate locked?
A.
With a combination lock we can guarantee your piece of mind and insure our ability to service your property. If you already have a combination lock let us know and we’ll keep the number on file. If you do not have a combination lock we will provide a combination lock at no charge to you for the duration of your service.

Is it ok for my pet to be outside on my service day?
A.
For the safety of your pet and our service teams we suggest that pets be kept inside on your service day.

What about rainy days?
A.
Sometimes it rains on and off and we continue to work, sometimes your day is rained out and we just come the next day.

How green is your company?
A.
We participate in city recycling programs! Biodegradable bags and bundles are set at your curb for pick up on your normal trash collection day. Clippings are recycled as mulch and/or compost. We recommend, use sustainable mulches, purchase in bulk to reduce the use of fossil fuels and plastics. Our designs utilize native plants and water wise plant material in landscape and renovation projects to create sustainable designs. Used motor oil is recycled. We use recycles paper in the office and all office paper waste, recycled print cartridages,as well as all plastic containers we use is recycled. On-line ordering and e-mailed invoices reduce paper waste.

What does season to season mean?
A.
We consider you our loyal customer from season to season until you tell us you are canceling service. We automatically stop service in November, and restart service the next March so you don't have to worry about you grass getting too long in the spring. Many of our loyal customers have been with us for more than 8 years.

What if we need service during the winter?
A.
We’re open year round for holiday clean ups, lighting packages, bed and brush clean ups, shrub rejuvenation, landscape design, installations, hardscape, fences.

What is the best way to contact you?
A.
We prefer to use e-mail because your message gets to us and we can respond immediately to you regarding any changes to your schedule or any special service instructions you may have. However, we’re still happy to hear from you by phone too! The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the season.
