Request for Re-Do

When notified within one day of mowing service that we have: (missed area, poor edging, etc.) we will schedule a redo for the following day.

When calling two (2) days or longer past your service date, we will note your service concern and review the issue with our lawn team technicians to address your concern on the next scheduled service day.

Request a Free Combination Lock for my Gate

To guarantee service to the back yard we will provide a combination lock at no charge for the duration of your service. We deliver the lock on your scheduled service day and email the combination to you.

Changes in Service

Project in the yard and need to skip a mow or change your schedule? Please make changes as early as possible, provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled service day.

Additional $5 fee per service. Conversely, changing to weekly service is $5 less per service. Skips are limited per season, two for weekly service clients and one for EOW clients.
