Wood fences are constructed for many reasons, to enhance and beautify your property, define boundaries, create barriers, set off landscaping, provide privacy and keep your children and pets safe inside your yard.

Standard Features:

1. All metal used is galvanized; bolts, posts, brackets, and Simpson strong ties. Posts are set 3 feet in the ground with 4 cubic feet of pre-mixed concrete providing additional strength to the posts. Our fence sections are set at 6 foot centers for additional strength and durability.

2. Included are 2 gates each with 4 HINGES per 8' GATE, framed with Z bracing and metal reinforced to prevent gates from sagging.

3. Ring shank galvanized full head nails are used, also 3 nails set to each horizontal runner, that means PER 8' PICKET THERE ARE 12 NAILS compared to the standard of 6. This prevents cupping, bucking and it's what keeps our pickets attached to the FULL SIZE PRESSURE TREATED 2X4 HORIZONTAL RUNNERS.

4. Addition PROTECTION is provided against line trimmers and ground moisture by using a FULL SIZE PRESSURE TREATED 2X6 BOTTOM RUNNER providing even more strength to our fences.

5. All pricing includes: DEMOLITION, DISPOSAL OF your old fence, city required permits. Materials, labor, supervision and final clean up in this estimate. Work is completed in 5-10 days and a safe workspace is a top priority with us. A supervisor will always be available for you speak with regarding the construction of your fence.
